3.9.2006 - Avila Beach
Freezing on the bluffs, I was waiting for the color which never came. Winds were pumping at 30 MPH and these two fisherman were on the beach. Right after I shot this image, the fisherman dragged in two sizeable fish on his line. I yelled 'YEAH!', he looked up, I gave him the thumbs up. He smiled.

October 2005 - Portland, In all the turmoil of the city, sights and sounds, I was about to cross the street and his gaze out the window caught my eye. His mother was probably shopping, and it goes without saying he most likely would have rather been elsewhere.
